I finally finished these pants. I used the Oliver + S Sailboat Pant pattern. I forgot to alter the pattern to accommodate cloth diapers so I think they won't even fit the littlest booger. It is made from a stretch denim so maybe they will work. I'll have to wait and see when nap time is over.
Super cute. I hope they fit!

ReplyDeleteLove the simplicity of these. Do you just add to the rise in the back to accommodate the diaper? I'm about to sew up my first pair but I didn't alter them. I'm wondering if they'll fit...
ReplyDeleteOn my last pair that I remembered to raise I actually altered each pattern piece by raising one inch on the top. The back piece, the front panels and the front facing. I forgot to change the markings so that really messed me up. I'm not sure what the "proper" way would be to adjust the pattern to accommodate cloth diapers would be. Pattern drafting is a bit of a mystery to me.
