In case you were wondering... I am planning on doing a giveaway for my girly-boys jacket. I just need to get around to it. FYI... your chances are great, I only have a few readers. Until then, I am mad obsessed with getting it right. I did. Finally.
Actual boys jackets. I'm finally satisfied and now can move on to the next project in line, which is waaaay more season appropriate. A swimsuit for Luca. Don't laugh, I hear it's do-able this crazy sewing a swimsuit at home idea when Target has perfectly lovley swimwear for cheapie-cheap.
Oh, and the fabric used? Lightweight denim from JoAnn's (I used the reverse side). The lining fabric is a Japanese import I purchased from an Etsy seller. The bottom row jacket is Michael Miller "Haul it" in Citron. Lining is Joel Dewberry Honeycomb in Sunglow and the brown cord is re-purposed from an old pair of Rocco's pants (given to me by my BFF now living in Boston ;)

Love them. Do they fit well? Did you add length? I'm wanting to make more but don't really know how well they fit since I haven't put them on an actual baby!
So flippin cute!! And sooooo boyish! I love them. And you might have motivated me to make one! :)
Oh baby...the denim and car jacket with the red buttons is freakishly cute - like, it should come with a warning label! Again, I adore your fabric combos you have such great taste. And I so appreciate that you inform us of what fabrics you use because until I read it, I was pondering if it was actual denim or a lightweight cotton made to look like denim. Amazing job and I love the photo styling! When are you going to open up an Etsy shop? ;)
