I thought I'd jump in on the sewmamasew fun and give away one of my Pea Pod carriers
Since I originally created this pattern for Sewmamasew, I thought this would be the perfect opportunity to give away a carrier for their Give Away Day in May.
The carrier I'll be giving away is made with one of my favorite fabrics... Echino Helicopters. My sister (a helicopter pilot) is quite the fan.
The adjustable two buckle closure allows for easy on and off, and it carries babies from approximately 5 months (or when baby can hold head upright with good neck control) up to 35 pounds. This carrier will quickly become your “go to” carrier for quick trips into stores. It takes less than one minute to put on and carry baby… considerably less time than most front/back baby carriers. The wide shoulder strap is meant to be worn on the ball of your shoulder taking the strain off your neck. The child’s weight is distributed evenly and this carrier can be worn with great comfort leaving your hands free. This particular carrier is made for left hip wearing. If you are interested in making your own carrier using my pattern there are instructions for making it a right hip carrier.
So do you want a chance to win this carrier? I'll keep it simple. This giveaway is open to everyone, everywhere! Just leave a comment on this post between now and May 27th oops 25th (sorry, my bad) 9 p.m. pst. If you want to double your chances just become a follower (or add me to your reader, I'll take love anywhere I can get it ;) and leave a second comment letting me know. a winner will be picked by random.org. Good luck.
