Remember her? from last June? Nod and say yes. I like to think you guys have been reading my blog at least that long.
This photo is from last year. She's been avoiding the paparazzi this year.
She's back. At least I think it's her. Or maybe her offspring? I'll have to do some investigating to see if she's building a nest in the same spot. I'm pretty sure I collected her empty nest (I collect the empties around my property) after she was gone this Winter. Maybe I shouldn't have done that. Now I'm all worried.

HI :) I am a new reader :) I am Cheryl of Cheryl Designs :) I had a chance to glance at your BIRD post..No Worries :) The birds WILL build NEW NESTS :) I have lived on my property for 21 years. They come and go :) I ALWAYS clean out the nest boxes and any areas where I SEE old nests :) The birds WILL return and start anew :) I have a free-roaming DOG but NO cats... THAT (no cats) seems to be my ticket to bird paradise :) Don't get me wrong, I love ALL ANIMALS :) I am an animal loving vegetarian. BUT...Cats are H**L on the bird population :( It's their nature and I don't hold that against them :) I just REFUSE to accept them into my yard to KILL my birdies :)
